Hugo has been practising as a candidate civil-law notary in Amsterdam since 2003 and has completed the Grotius Postgraduate Specialist Course in Corporate and Business Law.<\/p>\n
After practising as a candidate civil-law notary in Amsterdam, Hugo gained international work experience at a law firm on Cura\u00e7ao.<\/p>\n
Hugo specialises in corporate law and advises national and international clients on national and cross-border legal mergers, national and cross-border re-domiciliation of companies, restructuring of organisations, acquisitions, the setting up of investment funds and corporate governance.<\/p>\n
